Perinatal mental health (including postpartum anxiety, depression, and birth trauma)
Pregnancy
Infertility and pregnancy loss
Abortion and TFMR
Eating disorders
Binge Eating

The transition to motherhood and identity shifts
I offer a trauma-informed, compassionate space for those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — especially mothers and birthing people balancing complex emotional experiences.
Do you offer in-person or virtual therapy?
I offer in-person therapy in Reston, Virginia, and virtual therapy to residents anywhere in Virginia. Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
What is your approach to therapy?
My style is warm, collaborative, and creative. I tailor therapy to each person’s needs using a blend of:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Art Therapy
Somatic and psychodynamic therapy
Narrative Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
What are your fees?
I offer 60-minute sessions for $195. I am a private pay provider and do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide superbills for clients to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
Do you accept insurance?
I am out-of-network with insurance providers. However, many clients receive partial reimbursement by submitting superbills to their insurance company. I’m happy to guide you through this process if it’s new to you.
How do I get started?
You can start by reaching out through my contact form to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, talk through your needs, and see if we’re a good fit.
Do I need to be “artistic” to do Art Therapy?
Not at all! Art Therapy is about expression and healing, not talent. It can be a powerful way to explore emotions when words aren’t enough. You’re always in control of whether we incorporate creative work into your sessions.
Do you only work with mothers or women?
While many of my clients are mothers, I welcome all people seeking support — including those struggling with trauma, eating disorders, or body image at any life stage. I work with many clients of all ages, sexes, genders, and identities.
If my training and approach resonate with your needs, I’d love to talk with you.
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which helps build momentum and safety. As therapy progresses, some clients shift to biweekly or periodic check-ins based on their needs.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your history, goals, and what’s bringing you to therapy now. We’ll start laying the groundwork for a supportive and personalized experience moving forward.

Are you ready to start your healing journey?
I’d love to schedule a complimentary 20-minute consultation call to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and determine if we’re the right fit to work together on your journey.
